My travel advising services include:

• Quotes & shopping: I check multiple travel companies to make sure you're getting the best price and the product that best meets your needs
• I offer both standard tours and cruises but specialize in customized itineraries and pre & post cruise/tour packages. You will not find these customized itineraries online – they are 'un-googleable' 
• ​I have affiliations with elite travel associations which get my client's special perks, discounts, and value-added amenities you won't find online
• I offer the best in the industry travel protection insurance policies. These are policies that cannot be purchased directly with the insurance companies, they are only sold through travel advisors
• ​I handle all of the booking procedures for you
• I process all of the payments for you
• ​I give you detailed information about the next steps from booking to embarking on your journey
• I keep in touch every few weeks or so and send interesting destination information and tips for travel
• ​Any changes or updates I handle for you with the travel suppliers saving you time waiting on hold and contacting multiple companies, I am your one point of contact 
• I am often available for urgent matters outside office hours
• ​​About a week prior to departure, I double check your reservations and make sure you're good to go
• IMPORTANT: IF YOU HAVE TO CANCEL or postpone your trip, I am available to make all of the arrangements. If there is an emergency before your trip or on your trip, I help coordinate all of the changes in addition to your 24 hour emergency contact with the insurance company 
• Although I'm not an insurance agent, I assist with the claims process should you need to make a claim with the travel protection insurance company
• Should you cancel and there are refunds and/or credits due to you from the travel vendors, I chase all of that down for you again saving you a lot of time

FEE STRUCTURE:

Quotes:

• FREE: pre-packaged tours & cruises, with simple pre & post accommodations
• $75 for complicated customized itineraries 

Refundable Booking Fee:
$100-$350 per person depending on the trip, advised at the time of the quote

Terms:

• The fee is refundable after you travel, paid to you by check approx. 2-3 weeks after you return. In some cases, a portion of the fee may be non-refundable depending on the trip which will be advised to you at the time of the quote
• ​Should you cancel or re-book your trip, the fee becomes non-refundable. Should you re-book, the fee is not charged again and reimbursed after you travel
• ​Payment methods: Check, Zelle, Venmo, or Credit cards via PayPal add 4% for credit card processing fees
• Residents of California: credit cards only and add 10% surcharge (14% total with credit card processing) for the use of my agency's California Sellers of Travel License. The surcharge is just on the fee, not the entire trip price​
